A bit of odd combination for dinner last night! I bought these mackerels for £1 each and seasoned with salt, pepper, turmeric and spicy chilli then baked in the oven with freshly cut tarragon from the garden! I served with vermicelli noodle stir-fry with mackerel off the bones.
